Provided ‘New Manager Assimilation Process‘ and change management consultation to senior manager bringing three groups together that had never been one team. Provided team development offsites throughout the year to insure collaboration of all team members and improve overall performance. Designed and developed a quarterly customer advisory board to get customer input to sales, marketing and engineering departments for greater customer satisfaction.

Diagnosed impediments to positive working relations in an alliance between a large European pharmaceutical firm and a small U. S. biotech firm.
